These conditions are intended to maintain transparency, fair business conduct, worker safety, and proper use of the BookMyWorker platform by recruiters, companies, and contractors.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BookMyWorker website, application and services by employers, companies, contractors, labour suppliers, service agents and workers. By registering or using BookMyWorker, you agree to these terms.
Users must provide accurate, complete and updated information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not allow unauthorised persons to use their account.
BookMyWorker may verify, suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
BookMyWorker provides a platform to connect employers, contractors, suppliers, agents and workers for workforce requirements.
Users must use the platform only for lawful and genuine purposes. Fraud, fake profiles, misleading job information, harassment, abuse, exploitation, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.
Employers must provide accurate information regarding job location, work type, working hours, wages and other relevant conditions.
Workers and suppliers must provide genuine information about their skills, availability and experience.
BookMyWorker may facilitate communication and workforce matching but does not guarantee employment, worker availability or job performance.
Users must pay applicable wages, platform fees, service charges or other agreed amounts within the specified time.
Any applicable BookMyWorker charges will be communicated before the relevant service.
Non-payment, fraudulent transactions or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of the account and may be subject to legal recovery.
Employers must provide a safe, lawful and respectful working environment and comply with applicable labour, wage, health and safety laws.
Harassment, discrimination, forced labour, child labour, exploitation, violence or unsafe working conditions are strictly prohibited.
Workers must also follow reasonable workplace safety rules and lawful instructions.
Where applicable, registered Worker Service Agents or labour suppliers may facilitate worker deployment.
Users must cooperate with authorised agents for worker verification, deployment, attendance, payment and issue resolution.
Users should communicate cancellations, changes in job requirements or worker deployment as early as possible.
Repeated misuse, unfair cancellations or last-minute changes may result in service restrictions.
Applicable service charges may be non-refundable as communicated at the time of the transaction.
BookMyWorker may collect and process user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws.
Users must not misuse, copy, sell or unlawfully share personal information obtained through the platform.

BookMyWorker may restrict, suspend or permanently terminate an account for fraud, non-payment, false information, misuse, safety violations, illegal activities or breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, BookMyWorker may also cooperate with lawful government or law-enforcement authorities.
BookMyWorker operates as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, BookMyWorker is not the employer of workers registered on the platform and does not control the day-to-day work performed by users.
Users remain responsible for their own contractual, employment, payment, safety and legal obligations.
BookMyWorker may assist users in communication and dispute resolution where reasonably possible. However, the parties directly involved remain responsible for their respective obligations and liabilities.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the use of the platform.
BookMyWorker may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
